Founded by a group of small independent Service Station owners with support from an aspiring attorney, Gary Persian, the Minnesota Service Station & Convenience Store Association (MSSA) has been protecting the member’s rights legislatively and legally since 1966. For over 47 years, the Association has built a strong and loyal following of independent retailers while assisting each and every one of them thru strong membership programs for members to utilize in building a stronger foundation towards success.

Legislation Highlights
The Governor and Legislative Leadership have finally announced the resolution of their differences in the Tax Conference Committees. The Governor spent the better part of the last week working with Leaders of the House and Senate along with the Chairs of the House and Senate Tax Committees. The private negotiations became necessary after the House and Senate Conferees were unable to make much headway since the announced global agreement. While both sides exchanged a number of proposals they seemed to be moving in opposite directions with each offer. The following are the highlights from this announcement. Read more
